Our Fiber Lasers provide a wide choice of pulse durations, repetition rates and peak powers. These lasers deliver a high power 1064nm laser beam directly to the work site via a flexible metal-sheathed fiber cable. Collimated, and then typically focused to a spot size of a few microns or less, the near diffraction-limited beam can mark a variety of materials.

The patented pumping technique, known as "parallel pumping" enables fiber devices such as fiber laser marking systems to generate almost unlimited power and provide for pumping redundancy, enhanced reliability and extended lifetimes. This leads to an estimated diode lifetime of more than 100,000 hours, or more than 11 years, of continuous operation with our Fiber Laser Marking System.

The Fiber Laser Marking System is available in all cabinet sizes as well as 5, 10, 20, and 50 watt models.

 


Our Nd:Yag Laser etching System is "Q-switched" or cycled at very short pulses in order to optimize peak power for a very effective material interaction. Precise beam quality with our laser etching system provides a tightly focused, accurate laser spot with exceptional power density. The laser is controlled by a DSP Board, which is inserted on the PCI Bus in a normal PC.

The YAG Laser Marking System is available in all cabinet sizes as well as 5, 10, 20, and 60 watt models.

Our CW Fiber Laser was designed for maintenance free OEM applications. The CW diode-pumped fiber laser delivers a diffraction limited (M2 < 1.1) 1.07 micron laser beam directly to the work site via a metal-sheathed single mode fiber cable terminated by a collimator. This compact service-free laser is designed to operate under high shock, vibration and dust conditions.

The CW Laser Marking System is available in all cabinet sizes as well as 10, 20, and 50 watt models.
