L-Series

Overview

Our high-capacity fiber laser marking and engraving machine engineered for oversized components and high-volume batch processing. The L-Series accommodates parts up to 3 ½ ft. in length or dense arrays of smaller components secured in fixtures. At its core is a laser mounted on a three-axis gantry (X, Y, Z) that provides a wide range of travel.

The L-Series is a CDRH Class I laser system, fully enclosed with safety interlocks to ensure an operator-safe environment without the need for PPE. The station features fast-gliding doors with the option to automate, and foldable side panels for mechanized part loading. Standard features include auto focus for rapid setup.

Optimize Your Production Line With Expert Guidance

Selecting the right industrial laser marking system is an investment where long-term ROI depends on aligning technology with your specific operations. What is your expected throughput? What are the material properties? Are you marking different substrates? Can they release toxic fumes when laser-marked? These and other aspects are important to consider before you make the final decision. Our laser processing experts are here to walk you through the process. And if our standard products don’t perfectly align with your workflow, our engineers will devise a custom, precision-engineered solution just for you.

Stacked Filtration for Particulate Capture

Laser marking can release fine particles and potentially harmful gases into the air, creating risks for the environment. That’s why TBH is our trusted provider of multi-stage fume extraction systems that help protect operator health, prevent residue buildup on sensitive equipment, and maintain air quality in your workspace.
